Produced by Dan Farris of The Cinema Shop, this long-missed treasure showed the more interesting "B" and Poverty Row movies from the 30s and 40s. A lot, if not all, of the titles were in the Kit Parker Films catalog, so it is likely KPF was also involved in the production.
